The group program creates a safe environment with additional support from peers with similar goals to acheive better health and well being.

It's rare for anyone to get an hour to work on their nutrition and goals with a trained professional. As a Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve all of your health goals. Through my training with the Institute of Integrative nutrition, I have studied over 100 dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering how to unlock your true vitality.

 

Most approaches to nutrition dwell of calories, carbs, fats, proteins and create an unhealthy relationship with food and your body. Instead of creating a list of restrictions or labeling foods as good or bad, I coach my cleints to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and deprivation. No numbers, scales, fad diets or strict rules. I focus on providing you with the knowledge of how nutritious, whole foods and balanced eating habits can benefit both your health and the health of the planet.

 

No one way of eating works for everyone. I will guide you to navigate through the confusing and controversial information abour health and nutrition and help you find the foods that best supports your unique needs. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
